Refund Policy for EV Vehicle Pre-Bookings by Creatara Mobility Private Limited

 

At Creatara Mobility Private Limited, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent experience for our customers, including our pre-booking process. Please read and understand our refund policy for EV pre-bookings:

 

1.Refund Eligibility:

   – The pre-booking fee is non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

     – Creatara Mobility Private Limited fails to deliver the pre-booked EV within a reasonable period beyond the agreed-upon delivery timeline.

 

2.Requesting a Refund:

   – In the event where Creatara Mobility Private Limited fails to deliver the pre-booked EV within a reasonable period beyond the agreed-upon delivery timeline, the customer is eligible to request a refund of the pre-booking fee.

   – To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer support team at pre-bookings@creatara.com within 30 days from the date that the delay in delivery is officially acknowledged or communicated.

 

3.Refund Processing:

   – Upon approval of the refund request, Creatara Mobility Private Limited will initiate the refund process.

   – The refund amount will be processed after deducting transaction fees and applicable taxes from the pre-booking fee.

   – The refund will be initiated to the original method of payment used during the pre-booking process. If the original method is not feasible, the refund will be processed using the bank details submitted by the customer during the pre-booking.

 

4.Refund Timeline:

   – The time taken for the refund to be reflected in the customer’s account may vary based on the payment method and the policies of the relevant financial institutions. Creatara Mobility Private Limited will make all reasonable efforts to ensure timely processing of the refund.

 

5.Non-Refundable Scenarios:

   – The pre-booking fee is non-refundable in scenarios other than the failure of Creatara Mobility Private Limited to deliver the pre-booked EV within a reasonable period beyond the agreed-upon delivery timeline.

 

By engaging in the pre-booking process with Creatara Mobility Private Limited, you agree to these refund terms and conditions.
