Pre-Booking Policy for EV Vehicles by Creatara Mobility Private Limited
Thank you for your interest in pre-booking an Electric Vehicle (EV) with Creatara Mobility Private Limited. To ensure a smooth and transparent pre-booking process, please read and understand the following pre-booking policy:
- Pre-Booking Information:
Pre-booking is available for upcoming EV models that have been officially announced by Creatara Mobility Private Limited. Initially, pre-bookings and deliveries will be limited to the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). Later, we will introduce and allow bookings from other states.
- Price Variations and State Policies:
The price of the EV may vary from state to state based on respective EV policies and registration charges. Please be aware that the final price for each state may differ due to various regional regulations and taxes. These variations will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- Pre-Booking Procedure:
To pre-book an EV, customers are required to fill out the pre-booking form available on our official website or through authorized dealers. A non-refundable pre-booking fee will be required to secure the reservation.
The pre-booking fee amount and payment methods will be clearly stated during the pre-booking process. Please note that this fee will be deducted from the total purchase price upon the completion of the purchase.
- Order Confirmation:
Upon successful submission of the pre-booking form and payment of the pre-booking fee, a confirmation email or receipt will be sent to the customer. This email will contain details of the pre-booking, including a unique reference number and expected delivery timelines.
- Delivery Timelines:
Expected delivery timelines for pre-booked EVs will be estimated based on the information available at the time of pre-booking. However, please note that these timelines are subject to change due to various factors such as production schedules, unforeseen delays, or changes in regulations. Any changes to the estimated delivery timeline will be communicated to pre-booked customers promptly.
- Cancellation and Refund:
The pre-booking fee is non-refundable, except in circumstances where Creatara Mobility Private Limited fails to deliver the booked EV within a reasonable period beyond the agreed-upon delivery timeline. In such cases, customers will be eligible for a full refund of the pre-booking fee.
- Price and Specifications:
Pre-booking does not guarantee the final price or specifications of the EV. The prices and specifications mentioned at the time of pre-booking are indicative and subject to change. Any significant changes will be communicated to pre-booked customers in a timely manner.
- Communication and Updates:
Creatara Mobility Private Limited will keep pre-booked customers informed about the progress of the pre-booked model through regular updates via email, website notifications, or any other available communication channels.
